Studies have found that breast cancer survivors whose eating patterns include low vibrational servings of more cruciferous vegetables, fruits, whole grains, chicken, and fish tend to live longer than those who eat more refined sugars, fats, red meats (such as beef, pork, and lamb), and processed meats (such as bacon, sausage, luncheon meats, and hot dogs). Fruits and vegetables contain antioxidant and anti-estrogen properties. Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage and Brussels sprouts are especially good to include and are rich in phytochemicals.
Cruciferous vegetables contain glucosinolate compounds, which your body can convert into molecules called isothiocyanates. These have significant anticancer potential. So, make every meal colorful and flavorful by cooking with Extra Olive Oil, and seasoning with Rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic, mint, black pepper, just to name a few of holistic spices and herbs.
